for transportation related needs

County Wide Vaccine Clinic

What Is Our Service Area?
The primary service area is the Shenango Valley, but will include the entirety of Buhl Regional Health Foundation's service area.

The Mobility Manager will construct a strong evidence base from which to organize project partners to best address area transportation needs.

Connecting Mercer County seeks to connect community residents to healthcare services, as well as a number of social services, improving their overall health and well-being.

How Connecting Mercer County (CMC) was conceived
Buhl Regional Health Foundation (BRHF) formed 4 steering committees from their fall forum: Transportation, Healthy Foods, Addiction, and Access to Resources.

Each committee was eligible to submit for a grant pertaining to their committee goals.

The transportation committee came up with the grant for a Mobility Manager who would act as a nexus of information and gather transportation needs for the BRHF Footprint.
